CONFIDENTIALITY: Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. We understand that during your participation in your session, you may share sensitive and proprietary information. We want to assure you that we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all information shared with us.

As part of our commitment to confidentiality, we will: 1. Treat all information shared with us as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. 2. Take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your information, including implementing appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. 3. Limit access to your information to authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to know for the purposes of providing you with the program and support. 4. Obtain your consent before using any testimonials, case studies, or success stories that may include your information. Your identity will be kept anonymous unless you provide explicit permission to disclose it. We kindly request that you also maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by other participants in the program. Respect for each other's privacy and confidentiality is essential for creating a safe and supportive environment. Please note that while we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. 

CONFIDENTIALITY EXCEPTIONS: In certain circumstances, there may be exceptions, such as 1) if the Practitioner has reason to believe there may be a serious risk of harm to the client or others in order to secure the safety of individuals in a crisis situation, 2) in order to meet a legal requirement to disclose information as ordered by court or some other relevant law enforcement authorities.  

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES: All requests for reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance of your appointment time via call/SMS to (702) 706-2821. All cancellations will be confirmed and will not be considered no-shows. If proper notice has been given, the full amount shall be refunded and/or credit be given for a later session.

FEES / PAYMENT: All fees paid are final. There are no refunds.

GUARANTEE: The lifetime guarantee means that once you've paid and have had your initial session, if another session is deemed necessary, you may schedule one at no additional charge. Any additional sessions are 45-minutes in duration.

COMMITMENT TO THE COACHING PROCESS & SESSION(S): It is understood by both the Practitioner and the Client that this is a mutual and collaborative process. Both will work together to develop goals that the Client wants to work on and achieve. It is understood that the Practitioner cannot change you but can only act as a facilitator. Only the Client can change oneself. The Client is responsible for making the effort to work on the issues that concern him/her. The Practitioner is committed to assisting in this process. Both the Practitioner and Client agree to do everything possible to foster a strong working relationship based on mutual trust, honesty and respect. The Client agrees to communicate as clearly as possible, and the Practitioner agrees to hold a space for Client to do so. If need be, if compatibility is no longer possible, it may be decided that this relationship be best terminated to further the Client's objectives.

PERMISSIONS: The Practitioner agrees to ask for consent before any physical contact is made. The Client agrees to voice any discomfort should they have with any part of the process. Typically there is no physical contact between Practitioner and Client beyond what is socially acceptable like formal greetings and salutations.

DEPOSIT TO BOOK SESSIONS: No session can be booked without at least 50% as a deposit payment and confirmed received by the Practitioner. Without a confirmed receipt, the date and time requested by Client remains unsecured and may be offered to another person. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit will be withheld to cover the cost of time. 

INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/SUBSTANCES: Sessions will not take place if Practitioner believes the Client is under the influence of alcohol or other drug substances that may constrain and limit the effectiveness and quality of the session for both Client and Practitioner.  

VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDINGS: The purpose of recording these sessions is to ensure the quality of the program and to provide you with the best possible support and feedback. The video recordings will be used solely by vip.IANSHEN.com and its authorized representatives for evaluation, training, and improvement purposes. We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality. Therefore, we assure you that these video recordings will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the privacy and confidentiality of the recorded videos. If you have any concerns or objections regarding the recording of video sessions, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but please note that opting out of video recording may limit our ability to provide certain aspects of the program. By participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above regarding the recording of video sessions.
